Sorry for the two VERY short posts earlier on. I wasn’t really in the mood to blog and plus nothing really interesting happened in my life worth to blog about. Furthermore, the internet connection is SOO the very ‘cacat’ thanks to the rain we are getting quite frequently these days. 1 promise I made to myself: from today onwards, I will try to blog in proper English as good as I can. No more ‘Singlish’ and ‘non-understandable’ words. But of course I will still have lots of grammar mistakes since that’s my weakness since I-do-not-know-when.

Went to the ‘pasar malam’ with the Chemistry tuition guys and Chai yesterday night. I had a cup of COLD coconut drink and a ‘Roti John Baby’!!! I was watching the lady doing my ‘Roti John’ and I thought she just put ketchup and mayonnaise. But when I ate it, BRAVO! There is egg inside too!!! I was like a stupid fool saying to Ling Yong and Chai them “EHH!! Got egg lehh!!” == Saw Shien Chung there too and he promised to ‘belanja’ me (treat me). ^^

These few days, I learnt the importance of friendship and how lucky I was to have a few really close friends who would actually care about me. To start off with, I was having fever the day before yesterday (19^th of July) then Kwang was really caring and all. She had pills in her bag and offered me some when she knows that I was having a fever.

But what touched me the most is what Jane and Kwang did to me. To be honest Jane, I nearly cried out that time. What did they do to make me soo touched? Well, it’s my 16^th birthday this year and I was quite miserable about it because we were having a test on that day and I can’t celebrate my birthday. Jane and Kwang tried to make me feel better by doing something out of my expectations. Jane looked around the entire Brunei stores (that’s what I heard) for a Winnie the Pooh book since she knew I LOVE Winnie the Pooh. Well, that’s not all! She then went around asking my friends, (even some which she does not know) to write their greetings in the notebook! That time was the ‘exam period’ and everyone was busy with their study and stuffs but she still managed to get quite a few of greetings in the book for me. PLUS, she and Kwang was planning and doing all this without letting me know although I was always with them. Well, almost. Actually they planned to give it to me a day after my birthday (my birthday was on a Friday) but they did not managed to get all the greetings till then. Jane gave the book to me 2 months after my actual birthday but I am still very touched and happy for what they did. It’s the thought that counts after all. When Jane called over to her seat, I was did not expect anything but when she goes like “Should we give her now?” to Kwang, curiosity aroused and I went like ”What?” Then Jane handed me the notebook. I was already quite happy since it is Winnie the Pooh and wasn’t expecting anything more. But Jane was like “Open the book!” and when I opened it, TA-DAA!!! It’s filled with greetings from my friends!!! Got a few was like soo… unexpected.

Well, here’s a list of people who wrote in the notebook and what I want to say to them:

[TSS] Thanks for your greetings although I still don’t really know you. But still thanks!

[Jane] I just can’t thank you enough. Thanks for everything and thanks for letting me know that someone does care. ^^

[My darling] Long time no talk with you ler. How are you? I am running out of ‘electricity’! When are you going to give me a charge? Thanks for the greetings anyway and you got a nice handwriting!

[Edmund] HAHA! Guess I win you? Remember our bet last year? Thanks anyway!

[Small brain] You!! What kind of ‘close friend’ are you? Doing all these without letting me know? I guess you’ve really changed. I wasn’t expecting to see your name in the book and was taken by surprise you would actually do something like this. But thanks anyway. (p.s. I thought I did that signature for you? Of course it’s the best! It’s my creation!!! Jks >< )

[Ying Ying, Zhong, Yang] Thanks for your greetings!!! You guys are fantabulous!!!

[Chok] I got soo bad mehh? Keep bullying you? Anyway, thanks!

[Reych] Thanks for always being there for the past how many years I know you. I am the one who always seems to have problems and thanks for always being the one to give advices.

[Elf] I still don’t know who you are. But you seem like the most ‘creative’ one- using two pages and leave a name which I do not know. Anyway, still want to thank you and would you mind telling me who you are? I had my time guessing.

[Kayhej] Happy with your love life? xD Aww~ I know how much you love me. I love you too!!! Although sometimes ‘other stuffs’ *coughs**coughs* may come in our way, but thank you for being the one in the end. And thanks for always being there. I will be there for you too when you need me too!!!

I really appreciate what you all did. And don’t worry! The book will be kept safely and guess I will never forget you guys!
